Based in Toronto, Lauren Chan 陳 思 朗 is a Producer with a strong background in commercial motion and stills production.

With experience spanning producing, project management, business development, and design, her days are spent juggling commercial motion and stills projects for campaigns: coordinating vendors, wrangling talent, booking locations, managing budgets, keeping shoot days on track, and making sure every department knows what the next step is before anyone even asks.

But Lauren doesn’t stop at “just getting it done.” She spots inefficiencies & implements solutions, smooths out communication gaps, untangles problems before they explode, and keeps multiple projects moving at once, all without breaking a sweat.

Think of her as the quiet engine behind campaigns that run like clockwork. She’s the one keeping spreadsheets balanced, calls efficient, and creative teams free to focus on what they do best,while somehow keeping a sense of humor and sanity intact.

Described as a “self-starter” and a “workhorse,” Lauren brings both passion and precision to every project. There is no such thing as an immovable object for this unstoppable force. She secretly loves 5AM call times, because nothing beats seeing a concept come to life from the first light of day.
